1. Remove toner & paper dust from fuser assembly – thoroughly check the assembly
   The fuser assembly is a very important part of the printer and is expensive to replace. The first thing our technicians will do is thoroughly check and clean this part. We remove any contaminants before they do serious damage.
   
   
2. Check and clean duplex assemblies and auxiliary paper trays
   These highly complex mechanical units, used to move paper and separate jobs, need periodic cleaning in order to   operate properly.
   Inspect & Clean Paper Pickup Rollers, Exit Rollers, Separation Pads & Rubber Rollers
   Paper pick-up rollers, exit rollers, seperation Pads & Rubbers Rollers can all become coated with a hard, shiny white film of paper dust over time and wear down, this inhibits the papers journey through the printer, sometimes causing paper jams, crumpling etc. Solvent cleaning usually restores them to their original texture and increases the life of the rollers. We will recommend which rollers and pads should be replaced or which will need to be replaced in the future to keep the paper path running as smooth as possible.
   
   
3. Clean & vacuum the internal bay of the machine
   Dust, dirt, and especially toner, can drop onto circuit boards and internal parts, causing premature failures. With the machine covers removed, our technicians can thoroughly clean the entire electronic assembly of the machine.
   
   
4. Inspect and clean optics
   Some machines have a mirror in the laser optical path to direct the laser beam to the machine's image drum. This mirror can become dirty and cloudy. A good clean will enable the printer optics to perform at the optimum level, thus making sure the print quality and density is not effected.
